The EBC Academy offers daycare services to the community. The daycare service provides a wholesome, nurturing, and inspirational environment that provides for the individual needs of each child.

We are currently accepting applications for a limited number of daycare spaces. 

The Daycare registration form can be downloaded, printed, and filled out to be mailed or delivered to the Academy offices along with the $65 registration fee. (Please note that the registration process is not complete until we are in receipt of the registration fee.)

Return the form along with the registration fee to the EBC Academy offices in the EBC Family Life Center. Or, mail the form and fees to:

You will be contacted by the Academy staff to confirm your youth's registration.
